Many times in our life, we can become stuck in a rut. A good friend recently informed me that I have become over focused on self-improvement and pointing out our toxic behaviors. While I agree, my blog and my new approach have positively affected my development. I had to also agree with her that, I had left out life's treasured moments.

However, as much as a complete break in my habit of self-improvement would be the most likely option. I would have to say merely pausing from the process from time to time during the day would be beneficial. In the mists of this decision, I have decided that it is best to create a second book in my blog series.

This book shall be called colorful. As life is not meant to be black and white, or grey but full of life and color. Color means a lot to me, especially coming from a symbolic background growing up as a child. Color can be vibrant, pale, dark, bright and even imaginative.

This new book will be about stopping and enjoying life. I want to fill this book with gratitude and appreciation for life, and the world around me. I hope to uplift and inspire others through this project. My first book still has a lot to continue so feel free to keep an eye on it, for those of you who follow my blog for self-improvement. Thank you! Nameste.
